These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Global First Travel website and travel services provided by Global First Travel ("Global First," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, submitting a travel request, authorizing a reservation or ticket purchase, making payment, or otherwise instructing us to provide travel services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If travel is arranged on behalf of another individual, a company, or a group, the person providing the instructions represents that they are authorized to act on behalf of those travelers or entities and to provide the information necessary to arrange their travel.
Any separately executed corporate, agency, or client service agreement will control to the extent it expressly conflicts with these Terms & Conditions.
Global First provides travel advisory, reservation, ticketing, itinerary-management, and related travel services.
Airlines, hotels, cruise lines, ground transportation companies, airport service providers, private terminal operators, tour operators, insurance companies, and other travel suppliers are independent third parties. Global First does not own, operate, manage, or control these suppliers or their aircraft, facilities, vehicles, personnel, systems, schedules, or operations.
Travel services purchased through Global First are therefore also subject to the applicable supplier's fares, tariffs, conditions of carriage, cancellation policies, terms and conditions, and operating rules.
While we use our expertise and industry relationships to assist our clients, we cannot control or guarantee the acts, omissions, financial condition, operational performance, or continued availability of any travel supplier.
You agree that all information supplied to Global First by you or on your behalf will be complete and accurate.
You are responsible for reviewing all itineraries, names, travel dates, routes, airports, cabin classes, and other reservation information promptly upon receipt.
The traveler's name must correspond with the passport or other government-issued identification that will be used for travel. Airline rules regarding name corrections and changes vary, and some changes may require cancellation and purchase of a new ticket.
If you are arranging travel for another person, you represent that you have authority to:
Reservations may not be made for fraudulent, speculative, fictitious, or improper purposes.
All fares, rates, schedules, inventory, seating, and other travel arrangements are subject to availability and may change without notice until confirmed by the applicable supplier.
An itinerary, quote, reservation hold, or proposed booking does not constitute a completed purchase.
For airline travel, a reservation is generally not considered fully ticketed until a valid ticket number has been issued.
Airlines and other suppliers may:
Global First is not responsible for a fare increase or loss of availability occurring before a reservation can be confirmed or ticketed.
Obvious pricing, availability, or system errors may be corrected even after a quote or reservation has been presented, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, quoted prices include only the travel products and services identified in the applicable itinerary, confirmation, invoice, or proposal.
Additional charges may include, among other things:
Government taxes, fees, supplier charges, exchange rates, and similar amounts may change before ticketing or final payment.
By providing a credit card, debit card, corporate payment method, or other form of payment, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method and authorize Global First and/or the applicable travel supplier or payment processor to charge amounts associated with the travel services you have approved.
Global First may require additional verification before processing a transaction, including identification, written authorization, or verification with the cardholder or issuing institution.
We reserve the right to decline a transaction where authorization cannot reasonably be verified.
Global First is not responsible for the loss of a fare, reservation, or availability resulting from a declined payment, delayed approval, suspected fraud, inaccurate payment information, or inability to complete required payment verification.
A supplier may separately require a credit card or security deposit at check-in, vehicle pickup, or commencement of service.
Global First may charge professional service, ticketing, planning, change, refund, after-hours, VIP-service, group, or other fees.
Applicable Global First fees will be disclosed in connection with the applicable service or pursuant to an established client fee agreement.
Global First service fees compensate us for services performed and are generally non-refundable once the applicable service has been provided, except where expressly agreed otherwise or required by law.
Global First fees are separate from any penalty, fare difference, cancellation charge, administrative fee, or other amount imposed by an airline or travel supplier.
Cancellation rights are determined by the applicable supplier's fare rules and terms, together with any rights provided by applicable law.
Depending on the reservation, cancellation may result in:
Many discounted, promotional, restricted, VIP, private-terminal, group, hotel, chauffeur, special-service, and other travel arrangements may be partially or completely non-refundable.
Global First does not have authority to override supplier-imposed restrictions unless the supplier agrees to an exception.
Airline ticket refunds are subject to applicable law and the fare rules and policies governing the ticket.
Where applicable law gives the passenger a refund right, those legal rights are not waived by these Terms & Conditions.
For flights to, from, or within the United States, passengers may have refund rights when an airline cancels or significantly changes a flight and the passenger does not accept the alternative transportation, credit, voucher, or other substitute offered. Applicable law controls where it provides greater rights than an airline's ordinary fare rules.
When Global First is responsible for processing a legally required refund, we will process it in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
For voluntary cancellations, however, a non-refundable ticket does not become refundable merely because the traveler elects not to travel.
Where an airline or supplier permits cancellation in exchange for a future travel credit, the credit remains subject to that supplier's rules.
Restrictions may include:
Travel credits are generally not cash equivalents and may have no value after expiration.
Supplier-issued credits remain obligations of the applicable supplier. Global First cannot guarantee the continued validity or availability of a credit if a supplier changes its policies, ceases operations, enters bankruptcy, restructures, or otherwise becomes unable to honor it.
Changes to existing reservations are subject to supplier availability, fare rules, and restrictions.
A requested change may result in:
Name changes are particularly restricted by airlines and may require issuance of an entirely new ticket.
No requested change is confirmed until the applicable airline or supplier has accepted and processed it.
Travelers should contact Global First or the applicable supplier before the scheduled departure or service time if they will not travel.
Failure to cancel before departure may result in a no-show designation and forfeiture of the ticket, reservation, credit, or other amounts paid.
Airline tickets generally must be used in the sequence in which the flight segments were issued. Failure to use one segment may cause the airline to cancel all remaining segments in the itinerary.
Travelers are responsible for complying with airline rules concerning ticket usage, including restrictions relating to skipped segments, back-to-back ticketing, hidden-city ticketing, and other prohibited practices.
Airline schedules are subject to change at any time.
Flights may be delayed, canceled, rerouted, consolidated, retimed, or operated from a different terminal or airport. Airlines may also change operating carriers, aircraft, cabins, or connection points.
When a disruption occurs, Global First will use reasonable efforts to assist our clients and identify available alternatives. However, alternative flights, cabin classes, seats, routes, accommodations, and timing remain subject to supplier availability and approval.
Global First cannot guarantee that an airline will provide a specific alternative or protect a passenger on another carrier.
Our knowledge of airline products and cabins is an important part of our service. Nevertheless, airlines retain complete control over their equipment and onboard products.
An airline may substitute aircraft or modify:
Aircraft types, cabin photographs, seat maps, product descriptions, and anticipated amenities are based on information available at the time and are not guarantees of the aircraft or product ultimately provided.
Global First may request, select, or monitor seats on behalf of travelers.
However, airline seat assignments are never guaranteed. Airlines may change seats due to aircraft substitutions, operational requirements, disability accommodations, security requirements, family-seating requirements, equipment changes, or other circumstances.
Seat monitoring represents our effort to identify improved seating opportunities when available; it does not guarantee that a better seat will become available or that an airline will honor a previously confirmed seat assignment.
Some itineraries may involve multiple airlines, separate tickets, separate reservations, or independently contracted travel services.
Each ticket or reservation may be governed independently.
If a delay, cancellation, schedule change, immigration delay, baggage issue, or other disruption affecting one reservation causes the traveler to miss another separately ticketed flight or independently booked service, the second supplier may have no obligation to rebook or reimburse the traveler.
Additional costs may therefore be incurred.
Global First will assist where possible, but cannot guarantee protection between separately ticketed reservations.
A flight may be marketed by one airline and operated by another.
The operating carrier's procedures may control matters such as:
Travelers should review the operating carrier identified on their itinerary.
Baggage allowances, restrictions, fees, liability limits, and claim procedures are established by the applicable carrier.
Global First is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen baggage.
Travelers experiencing a baggage problem should report it directly to the carrier before leaving the airport whenever possible and retain all:
We will assist clients with supplier communications where appropriate, but resolution remains subject to the carrier's rules and applicable law.
Each traveler is solely responsible for possessing all documents required for their journey.
These may include:
Entry and transit rules can change without notice and may vary based on citizenship, residence, destination, connection point, passport type, and individual circumstances.
Global First may provide general entry or documentation information as a courtesy, but such information is not legal or immigration advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for verification with the appropriate government authority, embassy, or consulate.
Ultimate responsibility for determining and satisfying entry, transit, and travel-document requirements rests with the traveler.
Global First is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, detention, deportation, fines, or additional expenses resulting from inadequate or incorrect travel documentation.
Travelers are responsible for determining whether they are medically fit to travel and for obtaining appropriate medical advice regarding:
Global First does not provide medical advice.
Government authorities and suppliers may impose health or entry requirements that change before or during travel.
Requests involving wheelchairs, medical equipment, service animals, dietary accommodations, accessibility, or other special services are subject to supplier approval and operational availability.
Global First will communicate requests to the applicable supplier but cannot guarantee fulfillment unless and until the supplier confirms the request.
Travelers should notify us as early as possible of any assistance requirements.
VIP airport services, meet-and-greet arrangements, Fast Track services, private terminals, airport escorts, tarmac transfers, chauffeur services, porter services, and similar arrangements are provided by third-party suppliers and may be subject to:
Meeting points, escort procedures, vehicle access, tarmac access, and service inclusions may change.
Fees for these services may be non-refundable or subject to supplier-specific cancellation terms disclosed at booking.
Global First cannot guarantee airport, security, immigration, customs, airline, or governmental approval for any particular service or access arrangement.
Global First provides travel support and may monitor flights and reservations as part of our service.
Our monitoring and support are designed to enhance the traveler experience but do not replace the traveler's responsibility to:
Flight and operational data may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable due to airline systems, data providers, airport systems, technology interruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Although our team will use reasonable efforts to assist travelers during disruptions, 24/7 availability does not guarantee a particular response from an airline or supplier, a particular replacement flight, or any particular outcome.
Travel involves financial and operational risks that may not be recoverable from airlines, suppliers, credit card companies, or Global First.
We strongly encourage travelers to consider appropriate travel insurance, including where relevant coverage for:
Where Global First provides information regarding travel insurance, we do not guarantee coverage or claim approval. Insurance coverage is governed exclusively by the applicable insurance policy.
A traveler's decision not to purchase insurance is made at the traveler's own risk.
Travel may involve risks arising from crime, political instability, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, infectious disease, local laws, transportation conditions, or other circumstances.
Travelers are responsible for evaluating destination conditions and may wish to review official government travel advisories before departure.
A traveler's decision to proceed with travel after receiving or having access to relevant information remains the traveler's decision.
Global First will not be responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for delay, interruption, cancellation, loss, or additional expense resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including:
We will nevertheless use reasonable efforts to assist affected clients.
Global First is not the guarantor of the financial condition of any airline or other travel supplier.
If a supplier becomes insolvent, files for bankruptcy, ceases operations, defaults on its obligations, or fails to provide purchased travel services, refunds or recoveries may depend on applicable law, credit card protections, insurance coverage, supplier assets, or other remedies outside Global First's control.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Travel arrangements for minors must be made by or with the authorization of a parent, guardian, or other person authorized to arrange the minor's travel.
Airline rules relating to:
vary by carrier and country.
The person arranging travel is responsible for informing Global First that a traveler is a minor and for confirming all documentation and supervision requirements.
Global First may add frequent flyer, loyalty, or membership information to a reservation upon request.
